Based on a free image found on-line, I lightened the background and changed the type of spider to a black widow spider (larger than original), darkened her hair and created this unusual painting for a show called “Ghouls and Gourds", a silent auction put on by Hartford Artists Association’s Gallery. Oils on a linen panel.
